AWAKENING: Church Camp 2012

On Covenant Church Camp 2012:

The hotel is very nice - good service n nice rooms - but that is not the most important point.

The camp speaker Benny Ho is a very sought after speaker - we waited 4 years for him. Very good n engaging speaker. But that is also not the most important point.

The most important point is we are going there as a Family - this is a family camp where we worship together, eat together and do lots of fun stuff together like what a family would do. And Father God is with us.  And we don't even need name tags for our camps cos we know each other - we are family.

So AWAKENING is for you - covenant family ;))

Dear Covenantors,

On behalf of the members from the TMT 2011 (team 1 and team 2), we would like to say a BIG thank you to everyone for giving so generously in the form of toys and financial support for the people in Singburi. We also want to thank Pauline, Jing Wen & Cholris and the wonderful AG gals for the cupcakes project! We are deeply touched by your big gesture of love.

Thanks also for your prayer in service today; please continue to keep us in your prayers as team 1 moves out into the mission field tomorrow. The theme for TMT 2011 is GOD’S LOVE WITH A MISSION. Pray that our team members will truly experience God’s extraordinary love, and we will in turn be the channel to bring God’s love in Singburi.

Shih Yang's Flight Details

Shih Yang's flight is Saturday 9.20am terminal 2; he should be in the airport at 7.30am. Flight number: MI296.

Here is the video of his sharing at the worship service yesterday. Even as we have prayed for Shih Yang yesterday, let us continue to pray for him. Pray that he will usher in the presence of God to East Timor, so that the favour of God will be on this young country.
